Subtract the earlier date from the later date. Our calculator handles months of different lengths and leap years automatically. For example, January 1 to March 1 is 59 days (60 in leap years).
Leap years have 366 days (Feb 29). A year is a leap year if: divisible by 4, except century years must be divisible by 400. So 2000 was a leap year, but 1900 was not. 2024, 2028 are leap years.
Business days exclude weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and holidays. Count total days, subtract weekend days, then subtract holidays. Our calculator can exclude weekends and optionally add custom holidays.
Add/subtract days while accounting for month lengths. Adding 30 days to January 15 gives February 14. Adding 365 days moves to the same date next year (except Feb 29 to Feb 28). Our calculator handles all edge cases.
